I try not to laugh at other's misfortune e, but this guy has it coming. Whatever happens before this to cause this guy to get mad enough to hop on the car is clearly fueled by vodka and not justice.
Full admission, I laughed when I first watched this. I hope he is not dead and I hope he had to pay for the windshield. Might have to dip in to the drinking fund.
