About time Japan joined the party. Things are escalating at a ridiculous rate. I wonder if the Illuminati have finally decided this generation needs a cull.

Wolves at the door. $70 minimum wage company still going, but the Huns are at the gate.

I kind of look forward to this battle. I want to see these two go toe to toe.

It has gotten to the point I expect the FBI to fly surveillance over riots and similar happenings. I would be surprised if they didn’t.

100% chance of rain today and I had to run to the bank at lunch time. I can’t drive so I had to walk. I did not get wet. This rain storm is from a hurricane that hit Mexico. The hurricane thankfully fizzled before landfall. We are getting a bunch of rain, but it really seems that the worst of it goes around us so far. We need rain. There was some street flooding last weekend. There is more rain predicted for tomorrow. The radar looks intimidating. I’ll try to stay dry.

Love it. I've tried to do this in my head, but failed. I wonder if it can judge non-centered shots.

China complaining about that float by from yesterday. “That is our sovereign territory on that rock in the middle of an ocean. I wonder what our reply will be.

No one is going to spend money on a new big bomber unless they are bent over a barrel. I can’t wait until we are dependant on basically one fighter, the F-35, and something is found to be wrong. The normal action in peacetime is to ground that aircraft until an investigation can be done. However, the F-35 is the proverbial basket we are putting all our fighter jets in to. Should make for some religious pilots.

When you start asking for loyalty pledges, you have already been in trouble for a while. China is going through a very tough spot at the moment. I did not know it included a restrictive moral side. It sounds like people already sick of the government’s shit is going to get far more sick of it before the end of this. perhaps, even intolerant.

In this case, ignore = ignorance.

More ways things can go to shit. This article is a great source of novel ideas. Oh, and it is terrifying.

Gonna be a scrap. I hope not, but it is just a lot of potential for bad things.

When was the last time you heard “But it isn’t what the people want.” from someone in charge of a democracy? Might be a while yet.

So, ban self defence? Knife attacks daily.

The only appropriate thing to talk about before the Benghazi hearing today. All other news on the subject should be avoided until after the hearing.

I got to use pager code again today. It was amazing. Pager code is where you send a numeric code that is based on each character on the touchpad of the phone. The fb post asked “Share if you remember these.” (pagers in the picture) The code I put in a comment was “4 26” or “I do” No punctuation. I remember the days of sending whole paragraphs in that code. It was painful sometimes. You would think that age group of people would be in to texting, but most of them don’t ever want to do electronic reading or writing ever again in their lives.

I think I’ve lost 3 sets of nail clippers in the last couple months. I need to find a pair and hook them to the night stand with one of those pen chains they use at the bank.

This whole Benghazi hearing thing is bullshit. No one will buy Clinton being guilty of this heinous act. She is too powerful and too slippery. Short of her eating a baby on stage, I think she will just walk. It makes me sad. I personally think that her failure as a leader cost American lives. Not just in this issue, but in the issue where she let the whole world have access to her joke of an email server. She will walk on that one too. Lord protect us and save the republic.
I won’t be happy until she is perp-walked in irens past all the people who worship her to prison.

Facebook keeps popping up “This is your picture from X years ago today.” shit. I hate it because I had darker hair and a smaller waist. Yes, Facebook, I am getting older. Fuck you.

Bye.

I’m hooked. I found a brand called 511. It is tactical stuff. That is, it is designed for cops and security.
  • The boots (which I just bought) are pretty dang good. You don’t really need to break them in. You can buy them and work a full shift.
  • The belt I bought is still 100% even after several months.
  • The backpack I got still looks like the day I bought it even though it has already outlasted several past backpacks.
They want money for this stuff and it is all made in other countries, but it is good quality so far. I will be a repeat customer when my next need arises. There are other brands that make similar products. I may have to do some homework and find some in my price range.

Syria. Oh, how we are sick of hearing your troubles in the news.

Are the days of “Fuck you! gimmy!” over. Perhaps not. Some police agencies will keep it under wraps better now though.

Adam Carolla is  down on Star Wars. He had a shit childhood and wants everyone else to find misery in life like he does. Well, fuck him. I’m happy about it and I just don’t care how miserable he was. I have something in my life that doesn’t suck and I will celebrate it as I see fit.

Look what someone just left laying around in the office.

I like F-16s. I just think they are cool. I hear they are a dream to fly. They have been upgraded several times.

“But I really want to believe Israel is evil.” I’m paraphrasing. Still it is just fake and inaccurate, and opinionated.,
and divisive, but it is their opinion, so that makes if fact, right?

Sometimes it feels like the world is out to get you. I walked past three water coolers this morning. One was full, the other two were empty. I cannot, for some unknown reason, walk past an empty water cooler without swapping out the bottle. I ran around and quickly swapped the bottles out before a meeting. Still made the meeting. I’ve never done 2 in a row before. Guess it was just time.

The states will figure out that that no payments for a couple years thing is going to bite them in the butt on Obama Care.

I remember standing desks at my old employer. This never would have floane for safety concerns. Still, I like the idea of a treadmill desk. I’ve considered a bicycle desk that would require pedaling or not let me surf the net or watch TV.

Amazing how expensive golf is these days. That kind of money might buy justice.

I want a tank. Should be some shaking loose pretty soon.

Sandars. Blekh!

I went to the doctor’s office for a checkup. The doctor asked me why I don’t get a checkup more often. My last was in 2009. My answer was “Well doc, I would turn up more often but now that I’m over 40, you stick your finger up my ass. That is a turnoff to getting a physical examination.”
I have creeping higher blood pressure. My weight is getting up there too. My cholesterol is not too bad.

I need to go binge watch The Avengers. I forgot how cool some of those shows were. I listened to a podcast talking about one of the episodes. I am hooked.

Something strange. I’ve been writing things by hand in my dreams. I don’t get it. I hardly ever write anything down unless taking notes or filling in forms. Everything else is on a keyboard.

Hit and run. I think Russia made their point. More.
Let’s hope this is the end of a very bad thing. Africa has had more than her share of trouble from local groups of all bends.

“But we had a bunch of meetings.” Talking about talking is not doing something. I wish management would understand this.

Ice age coming. Maybe. Briton will take a hit regardless.

Worse than just leaving it alone. Thanks EPA. And this crap gums up engines. And it makes gas not last long in a tank. And it costs more. And it dilutes the amount of energy in the fuel so it is less efficient.

She is just too connected to be arrested.  Obama does not get to choose who is innocent and who is guilty. At least not in a nation of laws. What laws have been broken?

I cannot rely on my muscle memory (whatever it is really called) to remember and type in correctly my password. If I have anything else on my mind or someone looking over my shoulder, I will mess it up every time.
The fix is to slow down and concentrate on the keystrokes. It is faster to slow down in the first place and concentrate than it is to get it wrong and have to start over. I found that switching to the swipe keyboard on Android that requires a tap and hold for numbers actually reduced my retries because I have to slow down and get it right the first time or start over. The Samsung keyboard has the numbers as separate spots on the screen and thus I can hurry up and mess up the entry 5 times in a row and lock myself out of my phone. With the swipe keyboard, I’m so pissed off on the second try that I stop and pay attention.
I cannot figure out how to translate this to the PC keyboard yet. I type like a machinegun and put in typoes about every third word. With a password it is many times that rate of failure. Just slowing down a little bit causes a significant drop in types all round.

The only time I’ve ever wanted an Egg McMuffin is after Mcdonald’s had already stopped serving breakfast. Well, I had one for lunch today. It was the same sandwich I remembered from road trips. Greasy, but the dry muffin soaks it up. Not bad. Not bad at all.

I wonder if the Germans can recall their prime minister or whatever she is called. People are starting to get organized to oppose all the immigrants.

Went to the urologist today. I expected tests and such. We did history and I got orders to drink 5 bottles of water every day (or refills of course) on top of everything else I drink. I’m already hitting 4 or so. This means even more trips to the bathroom. I hope no one freaks out.

The state of ignorance today. This is a nightmare. People are stupid. It really does remind me of the way I used to think about people who accepted the gospel without question. Think dammit. Think!

Is someone waking up from their nap? I think perhaps not. Is it perhaps that pressure has gotten to someone who needed prodding? That I believe is reality.

What a prewar looks like. Is war in this situation inevitable? Is it needed? Is there any chance of peace in the middle east without the destruction of Israel?

I disagree on at least one front with the president including gay marriage. Does this make me a terrorist?

Until I can operate my own armed drone, I will insist on my second amendment rights. Dron is a verb for goodness sake. I like the idea of RPW (Remote Piloted Weapons). I agree that that ship has sailed.

Yes Virginia, the world is out to get us. We gave up our power when we elected a cheerleader instead of a leader.

Someone pays for everything. Even in Socialism, Communism and all the rest.

New VERY expensive toys. The F-35 is jacked. We are stuck with it for a long time.

I spend half my day building software and the other half controlling access to databases. Database access control is hard. You have to understand what the data is all about, what needs are required to maintain it and who needs access. There are probably other things, but I have recieved 15 minutes of instructions on the matter.

Libertarianism. I’m not sure what it means any more.

End of one kind of war? No. Anyone who says it is the end of ground war is trying to steal money from the military.

Today I will have 2 builds to do. Neither of them will be ready to start until after 17:00. Probably well after 17:00. I should work from 15:00 to 23:00. That should be my work hours.

I think I have decided not to do anything creative with my life. I’ve dabbled, but nothing good ever came of it. I’m just going to relax and run out the clock.
