You are barking up the wrong tree. It isn't that they want to give someone rights. It is that they want to take the rights away. They cannot come out and say "Women don't get these rights any more as a group." so they redefine 'women' as whomever calls themself a woman. The same thing is happening in race and religion. The idea is to remove rights by defining words so that everyone qualifies as everything. When everyone is special, no one is.

The end goal here is to get rid of all individuality. The goal of that is to make humans interchangeable across humanity. The goal of that is to make sure everyone knows they are following the same leader. The overall goal is to be in that tiny god like groupe of elite.

To most people who support the idea of everyone is the same and all cultures are equivalent, they don't understand that they are included in the list of followers who will not exist except to serve the elite. They are what is referred to in the literature as a "useful idiot'.
