Good Samaritan's car stolen while he helped man with broken down car

A good Samaritan who stopped to help a motorist in trouble lost his own car when that motorist turned out to be a car thief. 

I really hate stories like this. This sort of thing makes me ill. I have helped people push cars out of the way. I was usually walking though.
