I've said this myself.  I just learned this morning that Tellegram.com has been blocked by my work. That is one that I cannot control. I can still get to the sight just fine though other means. I'm stuck on a private network at work. I can't blame htm. Tellegram.com is a Russian service. I'm really using it as a sort of backup.
