ROCKVILLE, Md. -- Police in Rockville released video Wednesday of a vehicle chase and said the pursuit ended when a 17-year-old driver backed a Ford Escape onto the top of an officer's car.
The incident happened shortly before 10 p.m. Tuesday when officers pursued the SUV, which police learned was stolen during an armed carjacking in Prince George's County earlier in the day.
Vehicular assault among other charges. This is exactly what I needed to kick my Saturday morning right in the balls.
