Not to be a dick or anything...but technically that's not really right either. When firing from a standing position your elbows are supposed to be down at your side, not sticking out. It creates a smaller silhouette for anyone shooting back at you.
...and just like that, I've become that guy.
Sounds about right. That is just some guy I found on the Internet. I'm quite bad at anything except scope target shooting to bhe honest.
