I hate it when they don't tell you what the root of the issue was at all in an article. Right in the beginning of this article they mention that the license was being shut off. So the place was licensed. So, why were they hiding the kids? Well, because of over capacity.
How many children was the place allowed to watch with their license?
Is this more than a license issue? I mean what danger were the kids in being in a finished out basement? That is a legitimate concern.
