The worth of a diploma is already in question.

University agrees that black students should be graded differently

And the university thinks it is a good idea: It is currently advising professors to pass black students

This makes me worried that the plan is to make sure people of color cannot behired to jobs that require an education in the future. This  must be false. I mean who would want to do this? Might it be the same party that supported Jim Crow, segregation, free abortions for people of color? Oh, and lets not forget the origination of the KKK.
