France
is now charging travelers a new tax on their airline tickets, amounting
to a surcharge of between $1.25 and $50. The French government claims
the new tax is earmarked to help the world's poor. The airline
surcharge, which is based on the traveler's ticket price, came into
effect this weekend. The hope is that eventually all wealthy nations
will participate in this international tax plan. The new tax, pushed through the French parliament by President Jacques Chirac and backed by United Nations Secretary General Kofi Annan, is being hailed and criticized by many throughout the globe. It's being hyped by the Globalists as the "Solidarity Tax." ... It would also help the UN avoid being the target of investigations by member countries when they discover suspicious or corrupt behavior such as the Iraq oil-for-food scandal. |
It wasn't me. You can't prove anything.

UN Taxation
One World Government. Who will rule the world? Absolute power corrupts
absolutely. All must be in check. Leaders must fear those they govern.
I would rather the UN be subservient to the nations subject to it's
rules.
