I read about this stuff in Japan in the mid nineties. It is about goddamn time it came to the most technologically advanced country on the planet.
You can use it at vending machines. You can use it at gas stations. It works at toll booths. blah blah. The rub is, it still costs money. You are not getting anything for free here. As for guying a new phone or attachment for my phone. No thanks. I have enough ways to spend my money.
