Burst water main leaves drivers stranded

Flooding in Houston led to cars being submerged and people having to take refuge on their roofs.

You know, we (Houston) only seem to make the news when there is a flood or other natural disaster.  No one cares about our crime, politics, how ugly the city is, failed olympic bids or anything cool like that.
