Many people are without cell service after PG&E cut power to two milllion people and wildfires burn across California.

I love it when a bunch of people get fired up over the most obvious shit. "How could you let this happen?" Because the alternative is to spend money and effort planning and preparing. The alternative is to make your monthly bill higher.
