Acting DNI Is Refusing to Comply with House Subpoena Over Whistleblower Complaint

The acting director of national intelligence, Joseph Maguire, says he will not comply with a House subpoena issued by the Intelligence Committee

Call me a cynic, but it just sounds like this guy is dodging. Am I wrong? Part of me wishes I knew more about the background of this story, but part of me wishes that there were simply no reason to ask the CIA to show their work.
