What did Alex Acosta mean when he allegedly said that Epstein "belonged to intelligence"?

“I was told Epstein ‘belonged to intelligence’ and to leave it alone.”

If this guy had weapons grade blackmail material on the elites of our government for sale to the highest bidder, no wonder our Republic is in trouble.
