Hear I go again setting up a Windows XP machine. This time is even worse because it is a laptop. Every single piece of equipment on the system needs to be touched to make it work. Drivers, updates, updates and more updates. We can't put a more recent vintage of Windows on the system because of license. I noted that Ubuntu worked on it just fine. it takes a day just to run all the updates. Dell did not have XP as a supported OS, but I was eventually able to get links to drivers through a forum somewhere.

I cannot fathom running in to a burning building.
