So, stop enforcing laws completely?

New York AG suggests NYPD get rid of traffic stops to prevent deadly

New York Attorney General Letitia James (D) recommended that the New York Police Department (NYPD) no longer conduct traffic stops as a way of trying to prevent violent encounters.

 I can only pretend to understand this completely. First of all, this  person has little to do with actual law enforcement. Second, They are not concerned with the plight of black people. They are concerned with the destruction of western values and society completely. They have to destroy what is here and working in order to replace it with something that everyone will know is not working  as soon as it is implemented. They are concerned with claiming the U. S. A. as a Communist country.
