China has bee playing  the  long  game on currency for well over 30 years. People have been bitching about it for as long as I can renumber. No one was willing  to do anything about it  because that's just how things had always been done. People didn't do anything about it because China was rumored to  be a sleeping giant. Truth is, China is a both a threat and a paper tiger.
