It wasn't me. You can't prove anything.

I was walking past someone else's office today and I heard the words "... end of the universe ..." I was instantly sucked in like a gigantic black hole that may or may not be at the center of our universe/galaxy.
Questions:
* Is the edge of the universe the farthest point one can travel?
* The faster you go, the slower time passes for you. In other words, if you travel very fast, when you come back every one will be much older than you. (theory of relativity)
* There is a theory that says during the big bang, time shot out like a wave. The wave expands and weakens as you get to the edge of the universe. The moment the first thing comes to a halt, as in time stops for that matter and piece of space, the wave will begin to collapse. Think about it. If there is no time, there is no movement. If there is no movement, then what is the difference between mater and space? No two things can occupy the same space at the same time. If there is no time, then space and matter both cease to exist. The universe will simply collapse in on itself.
* They say the universe is expanding because it appears to observers on Earth that everything is getting farther and farther away. Again, based on the Doppler shift of stars. I've said before that this smells a lot like there is a hole in the theory. Has anything gotten further away since the discovery of the Doppler Shift in the 1920s? it has been nearly 80 years. Surly there should be detectable change somewhere.
