Triumphant return of the gray box.

Iran and Nukes

The Iranian nuclear program must be taken out, and if the vicious current regime goes with it, so much the better. The risk, not only of the mad mullahs using nuclear weapons, but of their providing them to one of the terrorist groups they sponsor is too great. If it takes tactical nuclear weapons to accomplish the destruction of the Iranian nuclear threat, so be it.

Of course the Bush administration is not saying nukes are ruled out. That would be stupid. Our enemies already think we are week and should be destroyed.
"Oh, of course we would never use nuclear weapons against people who have come right out and said they want to wipe our allies off the face of the earth." says the U. S. president. Then what you ask? A strange glow to the North East and the most dreadful news of an ill wind.
No, Keep them guessing. I can so see the U. S. using tack ordinance against hardened bunkers below which are wrought the tools of our hastened end.
What will destroy this once great nation will be it's people's apathy. When no one cares, no one fights. No on fights, no one wins. There is nothing like a fight to bring a nation together. We may one day sink into a puddle of self pity and loathing, but we will not surrender to an enemy who has a name.
Just like a European to bring a treaty to a nuclear war.

Oh, that felt good. I need more of that. Nothing like a good rant at 4:00 in the morning.
