Answer: According to Sec. 545.106 of the Texas Transportation Code that talks about signaling, “Except as provided by Subsection (b), an operator required to give a stop or turn signal shall do so by:

• using the hand and arm; or
• lighting signal lamps approved by the department.”

So yes, it is legal to signal with your arm to indicate that you are turning.

Dating is about to get political again.

After briefly disabling the feature, Bumble is reportedly allowing users to once again filter matches based on their political stance. This option was temporarily disabled following the riot at the U.S. Capitol "to prevent misuse," Bumble previously said.

But Bumble reinstated the filter just 24 hours after suspending it, the BBC reports, as users were reportedly complaining about the loss of the option.

I have to support the use of a political filter on dating apps. It is an unfortunate fact that liberals cannot overcome their brain washing in order yto fall in love.

I’m an advisor to a number of firms, including several in the crypto space such as Elrond (eGLD coin). When I signed on as an advisor more than two years ago, Elrond was almost completely unknown, which wasn’t surprising as they were based in Romania. I thought the Romanian base was a positive, however, because it meant that Elrond could hire extremely well-educated computer scientists, mathematicians and software engineers at below Silicon Valley prices. Moreover, the blockchain world, true to its foundations, is decentralized. Like a modern day Erdos, Vitalik Buterin operates out of his suitcase. The Silicon Valley of the blockchain is the internet. Why the blockchain world has evolved differently than Silicon Valley is an interesting question (with implications for whether SV could loses its centrality) but because it is decentralized I thought location was less important than the quality of the team. And the team, led by hard-charging founder Biniamin Mincu, is excellent. In the last two years the Elrond team has built a completely modern blockchain from the ground up using secure proof of stake and sharding to achieve a potential throughput of 16 thousand transactions per second with 6s latency and very low fees. I was also impressed by the commitment Elrond had to security, including formal verification methods, and especially to making Elrond accessible to the masses. Today Elrond/eGLD is on a tear and by market cap it is one of the top 25 projects in the space with a strong upward trend. 

At some point all those one world government power brokers are going to figure out how to put the ki-bash on this stuff because they will need one world curancy that they control of course. The one world currency will basically be vouchers to receive goods and services you have earned as they government sees it. You will be given coupons for what kind of shelter they want you to have, what kin of food you are aloud to eat, who you are aloud to be near or stay with. You get the idea.

Funny enough, I stopped watching superhero moves about the same time this sort of thing became so prevalent. I couldn't really tell you why. This is the reason I liked Batman so much. He had the best villainess.

I suppose people watch superhero shows for the same reason I play first person shooters on God mode. I just want to feel like a capable badass for 30 minutes.

 I disabled my Facebook account over a month ago and haven't really missed it yet. Didn't delete so I could still hang with people on Messenger. This is much better.

Also, I just got a 403 "forbidden" trying to get on Minds. Did we loose another one?

China interfered with the 2020 election based on a report by DNI Ratcliff.  

Director of National Intelligence (DNI) John Ratcliffe issued a report stating China interfered in the 2020 election while CIA management pressured lower level analysts to discount this assessment.

Think about it carefully…. 25,000 troops needed at the U.S. Capitol to install the Biden administration.  How many armed soldiers do you need at the inauguration of the “most popular Presidential candidate in American history after the most secure election in history?”

WASHINGTON DC – As many as 25,000 National Guard troops will be in Washington, D.C., for President-elect Joe Biden’s inauguration next week, the Army confirmed on Friday.

The Defense Department authorized up to 25,000 service members — an increase of 5,000 from numbers confirmed earlier this week — to support the “federal law enforcement mission and security preparations” in the inauguration, as led by the Secret Service, according to an Army statement.

“Our National Guard soldiers and airmen are set around the city to protect our nation’s Capital,” National Guard Bureau Chief Army Gen. Daniel Hokanson said in the statement. (read)

I was planning on reviewing Parler on my quest to look for Facebook alternatives, and then Parler essentially disappeared. At least you could find websites that hosted articles about Parler disappearing. But what if you plugged in a website, and it never appeared? Think that couldn’t happen?

Think again. For 2021, I’m predicting that the next big thing in censorship will be DNS censorship. 

When DNS doesn't work, they will go after finances and your contributors. Then they start dissapearing people. That is when things get very interesting. Because once one side starts it, the other side figures, why not.

And one by one they fell

 

 

Don't try to tell me to just use the web pate because DNS is next on the list f ways to censor internet content. Then comes the money, then comes the people. Then there is only silence. The cure is to deny ground., deny will.

Since the beginning of the 21st century, the surveillance state has utilized technology derived from Silicon Valley, such as facial recognition algorithms, to enhance society's control. 

Authoritarian regimes and unscrupulous corporations are leveraging these technologies to track citizens, stalk criminals, and monitor employees, but what if this technology, rapidly advancing in the last couple of years, can determine a person's political views? 

I genuinely believe there is no way to stop this technology. We should set some ground rules now. Is it OK to label someone as a high risk of committing a crime based on the look on their face? Is it OK to ware a full face mask at all times.,

I've always wondered why Storm Troopers wore that useless armor. It is probably because they are trying to avoid being identified as an ex soldier and hunted down in civilian life by someone who's relative was dropped in some battle on a rock in the middle of nowhere.
