Finding a printer port on WS2008

For goodness sake. It takes ten minutes to find the printer ports on Windows Server 2008. If you don’t do this every day, you have to follow the following setps

Run Computer Management by right clicking the “computer” on the start menu.

Expand the following

Roles

Print and Document Services

Print Management

Print Servers

Server Name

Ports

There they are. Wonder around that Computer Management area for a bit and tell me this is intuitive. Don’t bother with control panels or printers or connections or anything like that.
