Notes:

Asked someone if they could print from Firefox because Internet Explorer was not working for them. They asked "What is Firefox?" I tripped over my jaw on the way to show them.

I screwed up some file permisssions this morning. It only took the entire IT department an hour to get things fixed. Go me.
