War on everything

For a country obsessed with turning everyone in to a victim, the U. S. has wars on stupid shit like drugs and poverty. that approach clearly does not work. We need to stop making bullet points that cost lives and so very much money. We are not killing poor people. We are not killing people who use drugs.

The war on terror is not killing the tactic of using terror to manipulate the behavior of the surviving victims, but people who are willing to fight for ideas we do not agree with. Not saying this is wrong. Really wish we would think of more accurate names for our political drives. Especially when it involves us killing people.

I don’t have a war on dirty dishes or laundry. They just need doing. I might have a war on the cat box. Jury is still out.

Democrats say Republicans have a war on women. In the same breath they try to use the term war on xyz as a means to motivate people to do something. this means the political meaning of the words have been lost. Let’s not use it any longer. What do you say? The message is confusing now and does not work to motivate people in any direction except perhaps further disgust with our elected officials.
