Half a hike

So, the tole road people hiked prices by $0.25 across the board. Then they hiked one tole road by double. Now they pulled the one tole road hike back. The $0.25 hike is still in effect. Sounds like a great way to distract people from remembering the across the board hike if you ask me. Reminds me of the temporary tax conundrum.
